とうとうキターって感じです★
今年は、灯油代がめちゃ高いので
なるべく暖房費を節約するため、暇なときには
子供たちとひたすら踊ることにしました（＞ｗ＜ ）／ （←間抜けです…）
今日は、頬のプチ筋トレについてお伝えします。

★頬のプチ筋トレ★
その１
歯を出して「にぃー」と笑ってみる。 頬の真ん中が痛くなるまで続けてみる。
(痛いといってもあまり痛くなるまでやると肌を痛めますので、痛キモチいいくらいに
しておいてください。）
口の周りの筋肉に働きかけるので、笑顔がきれいになります。
たるみのない立体感のある頬を作ることができます。
その２
口角を横に引っ張るようにして少し強めに笑います。
これも同じく頬が痛くなるまで続けます。
頬の下、口の横の筋肉を意識した筋トレになります。
痛くなるのは、筋肉がしっかり働いている証拠ですので
続けることでフェイスラインが引き締まってきますよ。
この二つの動作は、一見似ているのでちょっと難しいかもしれません。
(説明も悪いと思うのですが…）
その１のほうでは、歯を出すので大胆に「にこ」っとする感じで
その２のほうは、どちらかというと静かに「にたー」っと笑う感じを
イメージすると少しわかりやすいかもしれません。
鏡を見ながら頑張ってやってみてくださいね！！
